Technologies may come from anywhere, as long as they are relevant to the Canadian agricultural sector.

We’re interested in innovations connected to the production, manufacturing, logistics and distribution of food and agricultural products. Example industries include animal health, crop production, digital ag, food safety and logistics, food tech, and value-added products.

Sometimes we see an agricultural application for a technology that is currently targeting another industry. For example, technologies targeting industrial or human health markets often have a value proposition in agricultural markets. Our venture studio model offers a compelling value proposition to the IP owners to have us help build value simultaneously in a parallel market.
