We’re thrilled to have Kelly join us.

Kelly has a PhD in chemistry, which she has applied to different aspects of technology and venture development for over 14 years.

Her passion is the development and commercialization of technologies that support sustainable solutions for people, the environment, and the economy.

In prior roles, she led the development of multiple market-focused innovations through technical and product development, and was directly involved in raising debt and equity capital through multiple rounds of financing.

“During my journey within the startup ecosystem, I discovered the importance of viable technologies, competent leadership, and financial resources to a successful venture. Carrot’s model intrigues me as it maximizes success by independently spotlighting all three elements.

I’m excited to join this team and delve into cutting-edge technologies, meet inventors, and apply my early-stage technology development learnings to support sustainable impacts in AgTech.”

Working within the Carrot team, Kelly’s focus is to source and evaluate technologies while supporting Founder/CEOs of portfolio companies in accelerating their commercialization efforts.
